Overview
- Every Tashvi account with a verified email has a workspace. A Team plan lets you bring people into it.
- Invite people by email. Each person accepts before they join.
- Four roles: Owner, Manager, Designer, and Admin
- Two seat types, Standard and Premium, each with its own monthly credits
- A shared library of everything the workspace makes, while private designs stay with the person who made them
- One bill for the whole shop, managed by the Owner or an Admin
Your workspace
Tashvi sets up your workspace the first time you sign in with a verified email. On your own, it’s where your designs and your Tashvi One shop live. A Team plan turns it into a shop you share. You need a verified email address. Until it’s verified, Settings → Organization shows “Verify your email to set up your workspace.”
Accessing Teams
Open your account menu, choose Settings, then Organization. That tab is about the people in your workspace:- Who works here: everyone in the workspace, their role and seat, pending invites, and the invite form
- Invitations received: workspaces that have asked you to join, with Accept and Decline
- Leave workspace

Roles
Each person has one role. The role decides what they can do with designs, with stock in Tashvi One, and with the workspace itself.
Only the Owner can change someone’s role. The Admin role is for a book-keeper or IT contact: it uses no paid seat and can’t create designs. See Members and roles for the details, and Tashvi One for exactly what each role can do with stock.
How it works
1. Set up a Team plan
The Owner, or an Admin, opens Settings → Organization and chooses Set up Team plan. Name your workspace, choose a seat type and monthly or yearly billing, then continue to payment. A Team plan starts with one seat. See Billing and credits.2. Invite your team
In Who works here, type someone’s email, choose their role and seat, and press Invite. They get an email with an Accept invitation button. An invite lasts 7 days.3. They accept
The person presses Accept invitation in the email and signs in with the address it was sent to. Once their email is verified, they join the workspace. Someone who already uses Tashvi can also accept from Settings → Organization.4. Design together
New designs are shared with the workspace by default, and everyone can see them in the shared library. You can keep a design of your own private while you work on it, then share it when it’s ready.5. Keep the roster current
As your shop changes, the Owner changes roles, and the Owner, a Manager, or an Admin removes people who have left. Anyone but the Owner can leave on their own. To leave, the Owner first makes someone else the owner.Credits
Each paid seat comes with its own credits every month. They stay with that seat and don’t move to a teammate. A Premium seat carries more credits than a Standard seat, and Admins hold no seat, so they don’t use credits. For seat prices and credit amounts, see Pricing.Tips for best results
- Match the role to the job: Designer for people who design and sell, Manager for whoever runs the bench and signs off stock counts, Admin for your accountant.
- Use Admin for the books: an Admin can see everything and pay the bill without using a paid seat.
- Keep drafts private: move work in progress to your private designs, and share it when it’s ready for the shop.
- Plan the handover: only a Manager or Designer can become Owner, so make sure the person who will take over has one of those roles.
Troubleshooting
- There’s no Invite form: inviting needs a Team plan, and your role must be Owner, Manager, or Admin.
- The invite email didn’t arrive: the invite still works. Ask the person to sign in with the invited address and open Settings → Organization, or go to design.tashvi.ai/join.
- “Verify your email to set up your workspace”: confirm your email from the link Tashvi sent, then open Settings again.
- “Payment failed”: Team access is paused until payment goes through. The Owner or an Admin chooses Update payment in Settings → Organization.
- You can’t leave the workspace: you’re the Owner. Make someone else the owner first, then leave.
