Tashvi Assistant

The Tashvi Assistant works beside your records in Tashvi One. Ask about your shop in plain language instead of hunting through screens, and let it prepare the work you’d otherwise click through. It reads the same records the screens do, so the numbers match.

Open it

Choose Ask in the Tashvi One header. You can also choose Ask assistant on an order or a product to ask about that one.

Ask about your shop

• “What’s in the showcase?”
• “Which rings haven’t moved in six months?”
• “Which customer orders are still open?”
• “What’s our stock worth right now?”
• “How much does Priya Shah still owe?”

Let it do the work

The assistant can prepare these actions for you:

• Create a product, add a customer, or add stock
• Move a piece between locations
• Open an order, hold its pieces or release them, invoice it, and record a payment
• Set a tax rate

It can’t make returns, refunds, cancellations, deliveries, or stocktakes. Use the screens for those.

Confirm before anything changes

The assistant never changes your records on its own. When an action would change something, it draws a card showing exactly what will happen. Nothing runs until you press the action on the card, and Cancel discards it. The assistant only offers what your role allows, and your role is checked again when you confirm.

Plans and allowance

The Tashvi Assistant is included with the Basic, Pro, Studio, and Enterprise plans. On a free account, Tashvi One stays free and the assistant shows Explore plans. Enterprise accounts have their allowance set up with their account manager. Your plan includes a monthly assistant allowance, separate from your Design Studio credits. On a personal plan, it’s shared across the workspaces you own. If it runs out, the assistant says so and Tashvi One keeps working. Your latest conversation is there when you come back. Choose New to start a fresh one.
