Accessing video generation

Open Video Generation from the dashboard sidebar, or from the Gallery select a design and click Generate Video.

How it works

1. Select an image

Pick a saved design from your Gallery or upload a new image. AI-generated jewelry at high resolution with a clean background works best.

2. Choose settings

  • Aspect ratio: 16:9 (landscape) for YouTube, websites, and presentations. 9:16 (portrait) for Reels, TikTok, and Stories.
  • Duration: 4 or 8 seconds.
  • Resolution: 720p (faster) or 1080p (best quality).

3. Pick a preset or write a prompt

Presets:
  • 360° Showcase — smooth rotation showing all angles. Best for product pages and e-commerce.
  • Luxury Presentation — elegant zoom and sparkle. Best for high-end marketing and client presentations.
  • Detail Reveal — close-up on craftsmanship. Best for Instagram Stories.
  • Social Media Ready — dynamic, attention-grabbing movement. Best for TikTok and Reels.

Credits are charged by video duration: Start with 4-second videos to test, then use 8 seconds for detailed presentations.

Tips for best results

  • Source images: high resolution (1024px+), sharp, centered, well lit, with a clean background.
  • Match preset to purpose: 360° Showcase for product pages, Social Media Ready for social, Luxury Presentation for client work, Detail Reveal for craftsmanship.
  • Custom prompts: be specific about movement (rotate, zoom, pan), speed, lighting, and effects like sparkle or reflection.

Troubleshooting

  • Poor quality: use a higher-resolution source image, select 1080p, or try another preset.
  • Animation isn’t right: try a different preset or a simpler, more specific prompt, and check the source composition.
  • Won’t download: check your connection, wait for generation to finish, or try another browser.
  • Taking too long: 8-second and higher-resolution videos take longer to render; give it a moment before retrying.
