Overview
- Start with one seat and add people after checkout
- Two seat types: Standard and Premium
- Each paid seat has its own monthly credits
- Admins take no paid seat
- Monthly or yearly billing
- The Owner or an Admin starts, manages, and cancels the plan. Tashvi never cancels it for you.
Accessing billing
Open your account menu, choose Settings, then Billing. The Team plan section shows whether the workspace is on a Team plan and how many seats are in use. The Owner and Admins see Set up Team plan or Manage billing there. Managers and Designers see the plan but can’t change it. Everything about money lives in Billing. Organization is for people: who works here, invites, roles, and ownership.Seats
You choose the seat when you invite someone, and the seat type shows next to each person in Who works here. Seats of both types can sit on one plan. For seat prices, see Pricing.
How it works
1. Set up the plan
In Settings → Billing → Team plan, choose Set up Team plan. You can also choose Get Teams on the Teams card when you upgrade.- Name your workspace.
- Choose the seat type: Standard or Premium.
- Choose Monthly or Yearly billing.
- Press Continue to payment and pay.
Already on Basic, Pro, or Studio? Taking a paid Team seat sets that plan to end on its renewal date, with no refund. It won’t renew, and your Team seat covers you from now on.
2. Add people
Once the plan is live, invite your team from Who works here. See Members and roles.- Inviting someone beyond the seats you already pay for adds a seat to the plan. The Team plan section in Billing says how that seat is charged.
- Removing someone keeps their seat paid until your renewal. Until then you can bring someone else in at no extra cost.
- Handing the workspace to a new Owner doesn’t change the bill, but invoices go to the new Owner from then on.
3. Manage billing
The Owner or an Admin chooses Manage billing in Settings → Billing → Team plan. It opens the billing portal, where you update your card, see invoices, and cancel the plan.4. Cancel the plan
Cancel from Manage billing in Settings → Billing. Tashvi never cancels a Team plan for you, including when you delete your account. When the plan ends, Team seats stop and you can’t invite anyone new. Everyone stays in the workspace, and the shared library stays too.Credits
Each paid seat comes with its own credits every month. They belong to that seat: unused credits don’t move to a teammate. A Premium seat carries more credits than a Standard seat. Admins hold no seat and use no credits. On a Team seat, Settings → Billing shows Team seat, your seat type, and that it’s billed to your workspace. For credit amounts, see Pricing.Enterprise

- Start small: a Team plan can start with one seat, and seats are added as people join.
- Mix seat types: give Premium to whoever needs the highest-quality models, and Standard to everyone else.
- Use Admin for the person who pays: an Admin manages billing without taking a paid seat.
Troubleshooting
- There’s no Set up Team plan button: only the Owner or an Admin can start a Team plan. Ask them.
- “Payment failed”: Team access is paused until payment goes through. People stay in the workspace but can’t use their Team seats. The Owner or an Admin chooses Update payment and fixes the card.
- “Cancel your account deletion before starting a Team plan”: you can’t start a Team plan while your account is scheduled for deletion. Cancel the deletion first.
- “This workspace already has a plan”: the workspace is already on a Team plan. Add seats by inviting people instead.
- Settings → Billing says you also have a workspace Team plan: an individual plan and a Team plan can’t both stay active. Cancel the individual plan there, or contact hello@tashvi.ai.
