Refining a design on Create is a conversation. Describe the change you want in plain language, and keep going until the piece is right.

Refine through conversation

Every follow-up message edits your current design — no need to re-upload or re-select. Create carries your latest design forward as the basis for the next edit.
Designs save to your Gallery as you work, and the session’s designs stay in the History tab in the sidebar.

Start a new design

Click New Chat in the sidebar to start a clean session. Each conversation focuses on one design, which keeps edits precise.

What you can change

Describe any change — materials, proportions, style, or context:
  • Properties: “Change the gold to rose gold,” “make the center stone a cushion cut”
  • Style: “Convert this to a watercolor painting,” “make it look like a pencil sketch”
  • Context: “Show this ring on a hand,” “put it on a velvet display”
Edit one area: Use select-to-edit on the canvas to mark a region, then describe the change — only that area is edited. Edit a different design: Follow-ups edit your most recent design. To edit another, attach it as a reference from your Gallery, an earlier design in the session, or an upload.

Tips for best results

  • Be specific. “18k yellow gold cocktail ring with an oval sapphire and diamond halo” beats “a nice ring.”
  • Use jewelry terms. Words like “prong setting,” “pavé,” “bezel,” and “milgrain” tell the AI exactly what you mean.
  • Iterate one element at a time rather than describing everything at once.
  • Add context — “engagement ring for a proposal,” “pendant for everyday” — to guide the result.

Troubleshooting

  • Design doesn’t match your vision: be more specific, add reference images, edit incrementally, or try a higher quality tier.
  • A follow-up edited the wrong design: follow-ups edit your most recent design. Attach the one you want as a reference, or start a new chat.
