Your Gallery is where every design you create, save, or favorite is stored. It’s private by default, only you can see your designs unless you share them. Go to Gallery in your dashboard sidebar to see all your saved designs. Your Gallery automatically includes designs from Create, edited designs, video thumbnails, and CAD conversions. Each design is stored with its thumbnail, generation date, design method, AI model used, original prompt and settings, and metadata (tags, notes, favorites).

Organizing your designs

Views: switch between Grid (thumbnails, for browsing), List (details like dates, models, and prompts), and Detail (full-screen preview with all metadata). Sort by: date created, date modified, title/tags, model used, favorites, or project. Filter by:
  • Creation method (prompt, video thumbnail, CAD conversion)
  • Status (all, favorites, recently modified, drafts, shared)
  • Tags (custom, auto-generated, material, or style)
Search by keyword, tag, date range, material, or style.

Managing designs

Click any design for quick actions:
  • View: full-screen preview, zoom, original prompt, generation details
  • Edit: modify the prompt and regenerate, or create variations
  • Organize: add to projects, tag, favorite, add notes
  • Share: make public, generate a link, or download
  • Export: high-resolution image, video, CAD, or metadata as JSON
  • Delete: move to trash (recoverable) or delete permanently
Select multiple designs to move, tag, delete, download as ZIP, generate videos, or change privacy in bulk.

Projects

Group related designs into projects, such as a collection or a client order. To create one, click New Project, name it, then drag designs in or select them and choose Add to Project. Projects keep related designs together, can be shared with clients, and let you move a design through stages (Draft → Review → Final).

Favorites

Star a design to find it fast under the Favorites filter, protect it from accidental deletion, and prioritize it in search.

Version history

Each design tracks its original generation and every later change, variation, video, and CAD conversion. Open a design, click Version History to see all iterations, and restore a previous version if needed.

Storage & limits

Your storage depends on your subscription tier: Free tier: designs are automatically shared to Explore, with 30-day trash retention. Pro and above: designs are private by default, with high-resolution storage, 90-day trash retention, and priority storage. On Free tier, if you’re near the limit, delete unused designs, download and archive them externally, or upgrade to Pro.

Sharing

Publicly: select a design, click Make Public, add an optional description, and it appears in Explore. Only share what you’re comfortable making public. Privately: generate a shareable link, set an optional expiration, and send it. Links show the image and optional description, but no editing access. Pro plans add link-view tracking and your branding.

  • Esc: Close preview/modal

Troubleshooting

Design not appearing: confirm the generation finished, check you’re viewing “All Designs” (not a filter), and check the trash. Can’t find a design: search by keywords from the prompt, filter by date range, or check your projects. Loading slowly: apply filters to narrow a large gallery, or switch to list view. Deleted by accident: restore it from the trash within the retention period (30-90 days).
