How it works
1. Add references
- Range: 2 to 10 reference images to blend
- Best results: 3–5 images
- References are optional — you can also generate from a prompt alone
2. Choose a mode
Quality modes trade speed for fidelity. High and Max require Pro.- Low — text-based analysis. 2 credits per image.
- High (Pro) — works directly from your reference images. 3 credits per image.
- Max (Pro) — multimodal understanding for the richest blends. 4 credits per image.
3. Add an optional prompt
Guide the blend:4. Set variation count
1 to 10 variations (default 3). Start small to test a direction, then raise the count once the blend looks right.5. Generate
Imagine analyzes each reference, finds common themes and materials, writes a design brief, then generates your variations.Credit costs
Credits are charged per image generated:
Example costs:
- Low with 4 variations = 8 credits
- High with 10 variations = 30 credits
- Max with 10 variations = 40 credits
High and Max modes require a Pro subscription.
Tips for best results
- Use compatible references — similar types and styles blend best.
- Start broad on Low, then refine favorites on High or Max.
- Be specific in your prompt. Vague instructions give vague blends:
“Take the filigree from image 1, apply to the band from image 2, use gemstone colors from image 3”
After generation
From any variation you can:- Save favorites to your Gallery or download them
- Regenerate for a different blend
- Create new using it as a reference
- Generate a video or a 3D model
Imagine vs. Create
Use Imagine to combine multiple inspirations; use Create to start from a text description or a single image.
Troubleshooting
- Results don’t blend well: use more compatible images, add a prompt, or try High or Max.
- Variations too similar: raise the count, try Max, or add more varied references.
- References won’t analyze: check image quality and remove busy backgrounds.
- Out of credits: reduce the count, switch to Low, or upgrade to Pro.
