Pick a report, adjust its filters, and choose **Export CSV** to download it. ## The eight reports | Report | What it shows | | ----------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **In-hand stock** | Every piece the shop still owns, wherever it's sitting | | **By category** | What each kind of piece is worth, and what it weighs | | **By location** | What's in the safe, the showcase, and every other location | | **On approval** | Stock out on memo, by party, and how long it's been out | | **Old inventory** | How your stock is spread by age, and the pieces that have sat longest | | **Dead stock** | Pieces past the age you choose, and whether the style still sells | | **Undelivered** | Pieces held against an order that hasn't been handed over yet | | **Top movers** | The styles that actually sold, by revenue or by pieces, net of returns | Stock value is always shown at cost. **On approval** stays empty until sending goods out on memo arrives in Tashvi One. ## The Ledger **Ledger** is the history of every stock movement, newest first: what moved and when. Filter it by the type of movement. Nothing in the Ledger is edited or deleted. A correction shows up as a new movement that undoes the old one, so the history always adds up. ## Related Set reorder points and check low stock.
