# Reference images

> Guide the Create agent with images from four sources — Upload, Gallery, This Session, and Explore — for style, specific elements, or material finishes.

When words aren't enough, guide the AI with images. Attach one or more images alongside your prompt and the agent uses them to steer the result.

## Four sources

The reference picker offers four sources:

* **Upload** — from your device, with drag-and-drop and paste support
* **Gallery** — your saved designs
* **This Session** — earlier designs from the current conversation
* **Explore** — community designs for inspiration

## What to use them for

Use references for style inspiration, specific design elements (a setting, a clasp, a stone arrangement), or material finishes.

## Attachment limits

You can attach multiple references — up to 9 on the Low tier and up to 14 on High and Max.
