# Quality tiers & credits

> Each generation or edit costs credits by quality tier — Low, High, or Max — with higher tiers routing to more capable image models for presentation-ready renders.

Every generation and edit on Create costs credits, and you pick how many by choosing a quality tier — Low, High, or Max — per message.

## Credits by tier

Each message that generates or edits a design costs credits based on the selected quality tier:

| Tier     | Credits | Availability |
| -------- | ------- | ------------ |
| **Low**  | 5       | All plans    |
| **High** | 10      | Pro          |
| **Max**  | 15      | Pro          |

Higher tiers route to more capable image models — better fine detail, material fidelity, and prompt adherence. Low is great for exploring ideas quickly; switch to High or Max for presentation-ready renders.

  **Optimize credits:**

  * Explore on Low, finalize on High or Max
  * Be specific in your first message for better first results
  * Iterate with small refinements rather than regenerating from scratch
  * Use reference images to guide the AI more precisely

## Troubleshooting

### Generation fails or you're out of credits

* Check your credit balance in your account
* High and Max tiers require a Pro plan
* Reduce the number of reference images and retry
